libalien-sdl-dev-perl software package provides helper to build Perl program using SDL libraries, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libalien-sdl-dev-perl
libalien-sdl-dev-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libalien-sdl-dev-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libalien-sdl-dev-perl *
You will get with libalien-sdl-dev-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
